Terms of Service

Punch Proxies · Effective from 8 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Fruit Solutions Ltd, which runs Punch (“Punch”, “we”, “us”). By signing in or buying from us you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Punch.

1Who we are

Punch is a trading name of Fruit Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17295771) with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. We are not VAT registered.

2Your account

  • You sign in with Discord. Your Discord account is your Punch account, and you are responsible for keeping it secure and for everything done through it.
  • One account per person. Don't sign up again to get around a suspension or the referral rules.
  • If you lose access to your Discord account, open a ticket from another account and we will try to verify you. We can't promise to recover access.
  • If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use Punch and to buy from us.
  • You may use Punch for yourself or for your business. If you buy for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3What we sell

Static ISP proxies. Dedicated UK IP addresses sold in the packs shown at checkout, for a 30-day term. You connect with the username and password we generate, or from up to 5 IP addresses you whitelist. If your pack renews on time you keep the same IPs, unless we lose the use of them (see section 6).

Datacenter proxies. Dedicated datacenter IP addresses sold in the packs shown at checkout, for a 30-day term. Everything in these terms about Static ISP packs (access, renewal and automatic renewal) applies to them in the same way.

Residential proxies. Sold by the gigabyte in three pools: Budget, Standard and Premium. Data you buy is added to that pool's balance and does not expire while your account is open. Balances can't be moved between pools, transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.

Orders are subject to availability. If we can't fulfil an order, we refund it in full.

We work to keep proxies fast and available, but we don't promise a particular uptime or speed, and we don't promise that our proxies will work on any particular website. Websites change how they treat traffic, and a site blocking or limiting an IP is not a fault in our service.

4Prices, payment and renewal

  • Prices are in pounds sterling. No VAT is added.
  • You pay by card through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Your proxies appear in your dashboard as soon as payment clears.
  • Static ISP packs renew automatically. Every 30 days we charge your saved card the current price of the pack, up to 3 days before your term ends, until you cancel. The price and next charge date are shown at checkout and in your dashboard.
  • To cancel renewal, turn off the Auto-renew switch on the Proxies page of your dashboard at any time before the charge date (up to 3 days before your term ends). Your pack then runs to the end of its term and expires.
  • If a renewal payment fails, the pack expires at the end of its term and the IPs may be released to other members.
  • If we change the price of a pack you already hold, we will tell you at least 14 days before the renewal it applies to.
  • Residential data is a one-off purchase and does not renew.

5Refunds and cancelling

Change of mind. If you ask within 24 hours of purchase and the proxies have not been used, we will refund you in full after our team has reviewed the request. Open a ticket in Discord to ask.

Your legal right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. At checkout you ask us to start the service straight away, so if you cancel within those 14 days we may keep a fair amount for the days or data already supplied and refund the rest.

Renewals. A renewal payment is not refunded once the new term has started, unless the proxies are faulty (see section 6).

Chargebacks. Please open a ticket before disputing a payment with your bank. An unjustified chargeback is a serious breach of these terms (see section 8).

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

6If something isn't working

Tell us by opening a ticket in Discord, with the pack reference and what you are seeing.

  • If proxies we sold you stop working because of a fault on our side, or we lose the use of an IP block during your term, we will look at each case and either replace the affected IPs with others, or refund the unused days of the affected IPs.
  • Replacement IPs will be different addresses. We can't always replace, because it depends on the IP space we have available.
  • A website blocking, limiting or banning an IP is not a fault on our side. We may still help where we can.

If you are a consumer, you also have legal rights where a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill. These terms do not limit them.

7Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use our proxies, and for following the rules of the websites and services you use them with. We don't check or approve what you do with them.

You must not use Punch to:

  • break any law that applies to you or to us;
  • commit fraud, including payment fraud, identity fraud or account takeover;
  • send spam, or run or relay email;
  • attack, scan, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to any system or network, including denial-of-service attacks;
  • access, share or store child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content;
  • collect or scrape personal data in breach of data protection law;
  • harass, threaten or stalk anyone;
  • infringe someone else's copyright, trade marks or privacy;
  • do anything that gets our IPs or our supplier's network blacklisted or reported for abuse;
  • get around a suspension or ban we have applied.

You must not resell, sublicense or share your proxies, proxy credentials or account without our written permission.

Abuse reports. If we receive a complaint about an IP assigned to you, we may investigate, check usage records for that IP, suspend the IP or your account while we look into it, and pass relevant details to our IP supplier or to the authorities where the law requires or allows. Our Privacy Policy explains what we record.

8Suspension and closing accounts

  • Serious breaches. For illegal use, fraud, attacks, unjustified chargebacks, referral fraud or evading a ban, we may close your account immediately. You will not receive a refund, and any Punch credit and unused residential data are forfeited.
  • Other breaches. We will normally warn you or suspend your account first and give you the chance to put things right. Repeated breaches may lead to closure.
  • Appeals. If you think we got it wrong, open a ticket and a different member of the team will review the decision where possible.
  • Closing your own account. You can ask us to close your account at any time. Active packs run to the end of their term unless you ask us to end them sooner. Unused residential data is not refunded, apart from under section 5.

9Punch credit and referrals

The referral programme is governed by the Referral programme rules at punchproxies.com/referrals, which form part of these terms. Punch credit has no cash value, can't be withdrawn or transferred, and is applied automatically to your next payment. If these terms and the referral rules conflict, the referral rules apply to referrals and credit.

10Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

If you are a consumer: we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit, lost sales or missed purchases.

If you are a business: we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or data, or for any indirect loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of our suppliers, networks or data centres.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will announce changes in our Discord server and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Changes apply to a pack from its next renewal. If you don't agree, you can cancel renewal and stop using Punch before the change takes effect.

12General

  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation. We will tell you if that happens and your rights will not be affected.
  • If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • Only you and we can enforce these terms.
